No. Every school gets the full platform — the complete workspace, statutory library, assign–fix–approve workflow, reporting and exports, plus 100 scan credits a month. The pricing bands are purely volume discounts: larger groups pay less per school, but everyone gets exactly the same product.
Each school gets 100 scan credits every month — enough for up to 5 full website scans. A full website scan uses 20 credits and covers up to 150 pages and 25 linked PDFs; a single-page recheck uses 3 credits; and an individual compliance-item check uses 1 credit. Report exports are included and don’t use credits.
Buy a one-off credit top-up whenever you need to — there’s no change to your plan and no upgrade required. Credits refresh to 100 per school at the start of each month.
Each registered school — its own URN and website — that you manage in ComplyFlow. Your trust’s central team accounts don’t count as schools, so trust staff aren’t charged as extra seats.
